Mintlife Health ("Mintlife," "we," "us") is a private-pay medical and psychology clinic located at 7777 Leesburg Pike Suite 203-S, Falls Church, VA 22043, operated by Dr. Laeeq A. Butt, M.D. and Dr. Mahrukh Mustansar, Ph.D. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit mintlife.health (the "Site") or contact us through it.

• Appointment request form: name, email, phone number, the service and provider you are interested in, how you heard about us, and any message you include.
• Direct communications: anything you send us by email or phone.

Please do not include detailed medical history, diagnoses, or other sensitive health details in the website contact form. A secure intake process is provided once you become a patient.

Information collected automatically

• Essential technical data: our hosting provider (Vercel) processes IP addresses and request logs as necessary to serve and secure the Site.
• Local storage: we store your cookie-consent choice in your browser so we do not ask you repeatedly.
• Fonts: pages load typefaces from Google Fonts, which involves your browser requesting files from Google's servers.

We do not run advertising trackers and we do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

• To respond to appointment requests and inquiries (form submissions are delivered to our clinic email via FormSubmit, our form-processing provider).
• To operate, secure, and improve the Site.

The Site is served exclusively over HTTPS with modern security headers. Inquiry emails are retained only as long as needed to respond and maintain business records, after which they are deleted in the ordinary course. Patient records are retained as required by Virginia law and our HIPAA Notice.

• You may browse the Site without submitting any personal information.
• You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you submitted through the Site by emailing info@mintlife.health.
• Virginia residents have rights under the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA), including the rights to access, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of personal data. We honor such requests regardless of whether the law's thresholds technically apply to us.

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information online. Care for minors is arranged through a parent or legal guardian.
